Pantry Coordinator

Join a fast-paced corporate dining team supporting a premier financial services client environment. As a Pantry Coordinator , you will play an important role in creating a welcoming hospitality experience by ensuring pantry services, food and beverage offerings, and workplace amenities are delivered seamlessly throughout the day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and thrives in a high-touch client-facing setting. Team members in this role have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the daily experience of employees, guests, and senior stakeholders.

Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily pantry operations and ensure food and beverage offerings are presented and replenished in a timely manner.
• Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service to employees, guests, and leadership teams.
• Monitor, track, and maintain pantry inventory levels to ensure products remain fully stocked and organized.
• Develop familiarity with menu offerings and available products to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
• Create, modify, and close guest transactions using an electronic tablet or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain pantry cleanliness, presentation standards, and product quality throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and support additional hospitality-related responsibilities as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality, corporate dining, food service, pantry operations, or customer service environments.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, guests, and senior leaders in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
• Experience using tablets, mobile devices, or point-of-sale systems is helpful.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and carrying supplies as part of daily operations.

Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: 

• The use of medium-weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer. 
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables. 
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
