Customer Care Advocate

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Care Advocate will manage incoming phone calls, assist customers by identifying their needs, and resolve issues using multiple databases while adhering to a flexible shift schedule within business hours. Key responsibilities: Answer 60 - 90 incoming phone calls daily and determine the type of assistance required Document customer interactions and research complex issues to provide effective solutions Collaborate with support resources to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older Experience in customer service or an office setting using telephone and computer systems Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems effectively Flexibility to work various 8-hour shift schedules during business hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm CST
