This position is conducted remotely, allowing for flexible work arrangements while serving in a school environment. Our practice values work-life balance, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents, creating a holistic approach to student welfare and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for children and adults based on the personalized treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation of each session.

• Develop comprehensive psychotherapy plans outlining specific goals and objectives tailored to the individuals being served.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to assess and address the needs of students, providing consultation to team members as needed.

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation to comply with licensing and organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and other community treatment providers, fostering partnerships that enhance patient care.

• Address legal matters regarding court appearances or subpoenas for records with adherence to company policies and confidentiality regulations.

• Maintain excellent attendance and engagement in all required activities and meetings.
\n
• Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned to contribute to the clinic's mission and effectiveness.

This role specifically focuses on children and adolescents within the school setting.
