Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to understand each client's unique situation, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Engage patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address complex mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and private clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of care.

• Facilitate strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of service.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise will be essential in creating safe spaces where clients feel heard and supported, facilitating their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must hold:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active, unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar qualifications in Psychology.

• A solid understanding of various psychotherapy modalities, including solution-focused therapy, to tailor treatment plans to address individual client needs effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
