Production Lead

Your Daily Impact:

• Assign daily tasks, monitor shift production schedules, and provide direct hands-on support to keep operations running smoothly.

• Onboard, cross-train, and mentor team members on standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks, enforce safety and housekeeping protocols, keep accurate production logs, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams.

• Help identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot daily floor challenges, and champion continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, monitor production schedules on the floor, and provide hands-on assistance to maintain optimal workflow and output.

• Onboard, cross-train, and mentor team members in standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality expectations.

• Enforce strict EHS policies, conduct routine product inspections, track daily production logs, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping teams.

• Identify process bottlenecks, participate in root-cause problem-solving, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the plant floor.
