RN - PCU

This is a 10-hour night shift position from 19:00 to 05:00, working four days a week. Job Description As a PCU RN, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring in a progressive care unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, following established protocols and best practices. Responsibilities Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Utilize advanced technology and equipment for patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of charge experience preferred. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Current valid Pennsylvania RN license or compact license. Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.
