Position Overview

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for clients by providing personalized guidance, answering questions, and delivering outstanding service throughout their experience.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional development within a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Support

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care

• Explain available benefits and coverage options clearly and accurately

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and service requests

• Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support

• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service

Relationship Management

• Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations

• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

• Strengthen communication, leadership, and client service skills
