Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, answering multi-line phones, providing customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations including but not limited to phone, mail, supplies and walk-in visitors. Provide administrative support for office and inventory control. Other duties as assigned by management. Pay Range: 22.00/hour - 25.00/hour. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations. Not all candidates will be hired at the top of the posted range. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include any applicable bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits. Eligible employees may participate in the Company's benefit programs, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of each plan. Qualifications What we are looking for: High School Diploma/GED required. Some college preferred. Proven work experiencein a front office position, including busy multi-line phone systems Professional and welcoming demeanor Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn job specific programs Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
