Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC’s retail organization, you will be based in Smyrna, GA. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, and delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction. Leverage ecosystem partnerships, community Centers of Influence, and technology tools to acquire, expand, and retain relationships and customer share of wallet. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, observe heightened scrutiny to mitigate risk, and participate in branch daily operations for efficient and accurate service. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: No degree required. Certifications: No required certifications or licenses.
