Pay: $30-32/hour

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support telecommunications construction and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, project coordination, and data tracking skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in telecommunications construction.

The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for managing project documentation, tracking construction activities, coordinating project information, supporting field operations, and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through completion. While there may be occasional field exposure, the majority of this role is office-based and focused on project coordination, reporting, and system management.

• Coordinate and support multiple telecommunications construction projects simultaneously.
• Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables using company systems and reporting tools.
• Manage project documentation, permits, construction records, and status updates.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project information is accurately maintained.
• Assist with line extension projects, network expansion initiatives, and infrastructure build activities.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
• Generate reports, maintain spreadsheets, and track project metrics.
• Review project data for accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and administrative functions.
• Learn and utilize various software platforms and project tracking systems, including company-specific tools and applications.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participate in training and development activities to expand technical and operational knowledge.
• Support both aerial and underground network construction efforts, including span replacement and new-build projects.

• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software applications and business systems quickly.
• Experience tracking projects, schedules, documentation, or operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Experience supporting construction, telecommunications, utility, engineering, or infrastructure-related projects.
• Knowledge of telecommunications construction practices and terminology.
• Experience coordinating line extension projects, network builds, or infrastructure deployments.
• Exposure to project management or project coordination responsibilities.
• Familiarity with construction tracking systems, permitting processes, or work management platforms.
