Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
• Active state SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility.
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within a school setting.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy, in-person or via teletherapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Offer ongoing support to families and staff regarding best practices for communication development.
