This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans focused on their unique challenges.

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to maintain compliance with California state regulations and facilitate effective case management.

• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to optimize treatment strategies and share insights on client progress.

• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and case reviews to continually improve your clinical skills and service delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential to building trust and rapport, ensuring effective intervention and support. Qualifications\n
