Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and remotely.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and develop integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring appropriate access to linked services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address presenting issues and support clients in their treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as required, demonstrating effective decision-making in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Participate in collaborative team meetings to advance shared goals and track client progress, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.

• Monitor and document client progress, including assessments, therapy sessions, and outcomes to maintain best practices in treatment delivery.

• Provide training and support to school personnel on mental health awareness and intervention strategies.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance agency service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on a diverse client population, primarily students within the K-12 education system who may be facing mental health challenges. Your role will require cultural competence and an understanding of the varied socio-economic backgrounds of clients, enabling you to create effective treatment strategies that resonate with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, enabling efficient management of caseloads and documentation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidenced-based treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
