Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. What we’ll give you Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office You’ll often work independently, but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way You’ll see yourself Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events Key skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software. Benefits Full‑time associates receive a comprehensive package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness), short‑ and long‑term disability, basic life, and basic AD&DD coverage (all at no cost). They also receive a 401(k) plan, and tax‑advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. Compensation Edward Jones believes in a human‑centered approach, partnering for positive impact and improving the lives of our clients, colleagues, and communities. Compensation includes discretionary and variable programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance. The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range.
