As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
