Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Corporate Office in Bethesda, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:30 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate hotel personnel and emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel guest areas, entrances, parking areas, service corridors, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and provide professional assistance to guests and staff as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
