Trademark, Copyright & Media Attorney (Professional Track)

For our client, we are seeking a Trademark Copyright & Media Attorney (professional Track) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $310,000 annually Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and IP agreements Advise clients on trademark, copyright, and advertising for products and campaigns Conduct trademark and copyright clearance analyses and provide risk assessments Counsel clients on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property Review marketing materials for compliance with advertising laws Support transactions involving intellectual property assets Collaborate with attorneys on complex transactions and strategic initiatives Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and commercial transactions Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Experience advising on advertising and marketing campaigns Preferred background at a law firm serving clients in consumer products, technology, or media Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Flexible hybrid work environment with regular in-office presence Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
