Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Driving cutting-edge CTV/OTT campaigns for a major US client, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Manager will manage direct partnerships with premium publishers, oversee the campaign lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and media plans in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the campaign lifecycle for CTV/OTT, OLV, and Display activations with premium US publishers Manage direct/IO deals including negotiations, campaign setup, delivery monitoring, optimization, and reporting Communicate and present strategies, report data, and recommendations confidently to clients Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably at an agency, DSP/ad tech platform, or digital-first brand/startup 2+ years of experience with direct/IO buying in the US market, including negotiating and managing publisher deals Strong experience with CTV/OTT campaigns and familiarity with major US players and ad formats Experience with performance CTV platforms and at least one major DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, or Amazon DSP) Data-driven with analytical skills, proficient in Excel and visualization tools like Google Data Studio
