Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour plus Project Completion Bonuses

• Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday)

You will serve as a vital craftsperson, delivering top-tier interior repairs and custom remodeling projects across local homes and businesses. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute diverse residential remodeling projects covering carpentry, drywall, and interior finishing.
• Deliver precise installations for windows, doors, siding, flooring, electric, and plumbing systems.
• Provide accurate project estimates to guide clients effectively on job scopes and material requirements.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and clean job sites to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Operate company service vans responsibly to navigate field visits and transport required job materials.
• Solve on-site structural or technical repairs efficiently to keep project timelines moving forward.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience across construction trades and interior/exterior remodeling.
• Advanced proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, window, door, and siding installations.
• Functional field expertise in basic electrical, flooring, and plumbing applications.
• Ownership of personal, professional-grade tools covering all core aspects of general remodeling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company service body vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated track record in residential job estimating and client consultation.
• Previous experience mentoring helper or apprentice technicians on active job sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour based on expertise.
