Planview Business Consultant

JOB SUMMARY
This role involves configuring and maintaining Planview Enterprise Architecture modules, ensuring data integrity, and providing application support. The successful candidate will create reports and dashboards to inform business decisions, manage platform settings, and facilitate governance processes. Additionally, this position will involve training users and developing documentation to enhance platform adoption. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Planview Enterprise Architecture modules, including objects, attributes, and complex relationships. Provide day-to-day application support, issue resolution, and direct assistance to the user community. Manage data integrity through imports, updates, validation, and repository quality control. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and architecture views to support business decisions. Administer platform settings, including user access, roles, and security configurations. Facilitate governance processes by supporting lifecycle standards, roadmaps, and data exchange with related enterprise systems. Train users and create documentation for processes, configurations, and support procedures. Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting or implementing Planview Enterprise Architecture or similar Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools. Minimum 8+ years of experience with data management, reporting, and providing technical support to stakeholders. Foundational understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture concepts. Proven track record in analytical troubleshooting and professional communication within an IT or Business environment. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on administration experience specifically within the Planview Enterprise Architecture platform. Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar industry-standard frameworks. Experience working with APIs or connecting EA tools to various enterprise data sources.
