Staff / Principal Technical Program Manager


We are also looking to connect with experienced Staff or Principal Technical Program Managers to lead the development of next-generation connected IoT, video streaming products .


100% Remote (Canada or U.S.)
-Must be comfortable working PST hours.


We're looking for TPMs who bring:

• 8 years leading complex software and/or consumer electronics programs
• Strong technical background in software engineering or systems development
• Experience delivering connected products from concept through launch
• Ability to work closely with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
• Expertise with Agile, Scrum/Kanban, Jira & Confluence

Highly desirable experience includes:

• IoT and smart home products
• Mobile & web application development
• Camera or video streaming platforms
• AI/ML initiatives
• SaaS subscription services
• Beta programs and large cross-functional product launches

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner with engineering and product teams to drive execution of innovative connected products used by customers worldwide.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
