Marketing Strategist, P&C Marketing Leader

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core valuesValues and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesDevises and executes marketing strategy within client verticalsDevelops content strategy with business units and salesDelivers qualified leads to salesBased on interactions with sales, and primary research, acts as Voice of the Client, and the expert on when/how and with what to interact with prospects and clients at each stage of the purchase processCreates annual and quarterly marketing plans for approval by business units, practice areas, sales, and enterprise marketingDevelops compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs for execution by Creative TeamResponsibility for execution and delivery of marketing and sales materialsMeasures and reports on pipeline effectiveness for marketing initiativesProvides real-time feedback, analysis, and prescriptive suggestions across all areas of the marketing funnelRequired Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:7-12 years progressive marketing experience; experience marketing within insurance industry required Bachelor’s degree required, with MBA preferredPrevious experience managing lead/revenue generation activitiesAbility to prioritize nebulous and/or competing prioritiesData-driven and experience in analytics-based reportingFamiliarity with basic web analysis tools such as Google AnalyticsExperience in digital ad buying, social, DSP, searchExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSome overnight travel required (10%)Competencies & Traits:Business AcumenFinancial AcumenProfessionalismSelf-DirectionCommunicating#LI-JS1Salary Range$120,000—$145,000 USDCompensation & BenefitsBeing a part of IMA has its benefits.
