What You'll Do:

Provide expert clinical care to neonatal patients using the nursing process
Assess patient needs and implement tailored care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Support and guide families and staff with compassionate communication
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Document patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly
Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members

What You Need:

Required:

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years neonatal or critical care nursing experience

Preferred:

NRP certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
