Litigation Attorney

Position Overview An established, multi‑state real estate and creditors' rights law firm is seeking a qualified associate attorney to support its California practice. Competitive salary and benefits are based on experience. Responsibilities Utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters. Participate in court appearances and attend required travel. Provide superior client care and proactive communication. Work collaboratively to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Member and in good standing of the California State Bar. 3-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice. Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation. Knowledge of title and lien priority, title claim, foreclosure, eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA and related creditors’ rights practices. Active membership of the California Bar; additional bar licenses are a plus. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. High level of analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
