We are seeking an experienced Appellate Attorney (3+ years) to join the Personal Injury & Mass Torts practice. This opportunity offers complex appellate matters, collaboration with seasoned litigators, exposure to multiple injury categories, and strong professional growth potential.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and argue appellate briefs, pleadings, motions, and related filings.
Handle appeals arising from personal injury and mass tort litigation matters.
Track and analyze evolving case law, statutes, and legal developments.
Provide appellate strategy and legal guidance to attorneys and internal teams.
Support case outcomes through persuasive legal writing, advocacy, and settlement-related matters.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of appellate practice experience.
Experience handling appeals in personal injury litigation.
Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple matters effectively.
Active state bar admission required.
