Overview Purchasing/Inventory Administrator (Part-Time). We are seeking a motivated Purchasing/Inventory Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing or inventory experience who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Details: Flexible daytime schedule, approximately 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday. Compensation: $26.00–$28.50/hour. Opportunity for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Creating and managing purchase orders Vendor communication and order follow-up Inventory tracking and coordination Maintaining purchasing records and pricing data Supporting production and office supply inventory needs Qualifications Purchasing/inventory experience preferred QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Self-starter with attention to detail Dependable with a desire to grow with the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Personnel Services
