Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to aid patients in improving their motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to reinforce continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• An accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ongoing education or post-graduation certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
