The Role

• Craft Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to enhance motor abilities, cognitive function, and assist with daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with a vibrant group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough and integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their loved ones on therapy practices to maintain progress outside of sessions.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Continuously monitor patient development, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring they're on the right path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Commitment to ongoing education and handling additional certifications is supported and encouraged.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification with the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
