Job Description

• Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored treatment strategies that aid them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic practices to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Adjust Care Progress: Document clinical outcomes and make necessary modifications to treatment, ensuring steady progress for your patients

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a prerequisite
