Job Overview AMN Healthcare Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN PICU – Pediatric Intensive Care for a 26‑week assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. Job Details Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline: RN Duration: 26 weeks Hours: 36 per week (12‑hour days) Employment type: Travel Pay rate: $2,465.00 – $2,894.00 per 12‑hour shift Start date: ASAP Responsibilities Provide advanced pediatric intensive care in a newly expanded, state‑of‑the‑art unit; manage critically ill children; use advanced therapies such as ECMO, CRRT, and advanced pulmonary support; coordinate family‑centered care; document in electronic medical records; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Active RN license and accredited nursing program graduate. At least 1 year recent pediatric ICU experience. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Experience with ECMO, CRRT, advanced pulmonary support and EMR systems preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, and family‑centered care skills.
