7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, 11p-7:30a

About the Role:

As a CNA at North Lake Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• 6months - 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
