We're looking for energized, passionate, and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. At Buddy Brew we strive to be innovators, quality leaders, and are driven to provide memorable, satisfying experiences for everyone, every visit.
Ideal candidates will have previous kitchen experience, who are comfortable working in an fast-paced environment, who enjoy engaging and being a part of a team, and who possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of basic prep and basic baking
- Follow clear direction in food preparation and storing
- Culinary school is a plus, but not a requirement
- Open and flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends
- Organized, quick thinking and adept at multitasking
- Be able to withhold long hours on one’s feet
- Be able to endure hot/cold work conditions while preparing food
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude and high energy level
- Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor throughout the workday
