Contracts Coordinator

To support project management efforts, the full-time Associate Contracts Coordinator will define project scope, prepare contracts, and assist with cost analysis while working remotely within the U.S. Key responsibilities Outline project scope and prepare contracts for medium- to large-sized projects across various Biopharmaceutical service lines Create change orders as requested and assist with project builds in eLIMS according to approved contracts Collaborate with business development and operations staff to ensure adherence to sales processes and workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field and 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be cross-trained in regulatory strategy and client interactions Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint knowledge is highly desirable Ability to interpret and analyze business documents and technical procedures Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
