Technical Support Engineer

Symbridge is a fully funded, innovative, early stage FinTech company building a cryptocurrency exchange tailored to institutional investors and professional traders. They are an ecosystem for trading in asset-backed tokens and cryptocurrencies.

Location: Greenwich, CT (Hybrid work model)

Salary: 130-140K (can go higher for the right candidate)

Position Summary

Symbridge is looking for a client facing Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about leveraging new technologies and enjoys digging into technical problems while coming up with solutions for clients. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fully funded, innovative, early-stage Fintech that will transform digital trading platforms.

You will be a core member of the IT Support team and will ultimately be reporting to the Head of Support. Ultimately, you will be responding to customer inquiries, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with the team to identify and recommend ways to improve functionality.

Requirements

4+ years of experience with Technical Support/customer service
Strong Linux skills
Desktop Support experience
Azure AD experience
MacBook and MDM knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

FinTech industry exposure
Passionate about technology, particularly relating to Cryptocurrency
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science highly preferred
