Responsibilities
- Provide triage, initial assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for emergency department patients
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform procedures within scope, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and CNAs to ensure safe, timely patient flow
- Deliver age-appropriate nursing care from newborns to geriatrics and educate patients and families on discharge instructions
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and quality of care in a fast-paced ED setting

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state licensure as required for practice in the assignment location)
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as appropriate for ED practice preferred
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift and handle the pace of emergency care
- Strong assessment skills across the age spectrum and for triage, treatment, and discharge processes
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to function effectively in a team-based ED environment
- Experience requirements and specific education details align with standard ER RN qualifications
