Team Leaders will oversee Team Members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of "Operational Excellence" while creating a positive work culture. Overview

Team Leaders will exhibit knowledge of operational policies and procedures. They will demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions. They will work with Interim Managers to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels. Team Leaders must be excellent coaches, communicators, and team builders. They will achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks. Team Leaders will maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. They will follow sanitation and safety procedures and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
• Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
