Part front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time front desk role. This position plays a key part in creating a welcoming first impression for guests, clients, and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Manage check-in and check-out processes or visitor registration as needed
• Handle scheduling, reservations, appointments, or basic administrative tasks
• Respond to routine questions and escalate issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
• Process forms, records, correspondence, and other front desk documentation accurately
• Support daily operations and assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front desk, reception, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using common office software or systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
