HVAC Project Sales Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+

Relocation Assistance: Available

About the Role

We're looking for an HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow an established portfolio of commercial clients by identifying retrofit, replacement, and system upgrade opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial customer relationships
Identify and develop HVAC project opportunities
Present solutions and prepare proposals
Partner with internal teams to deliver projects
Grow existing accounts

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience
5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related industry
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background: Commercial HVAC sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former commercial HVAC technician transitioning into sales. Ref: #673-STS Denver
