Manual Lathe Machinist

Operate manual lathe, load and unload parts, chuck parts using a four-jaw chuck, indicate in parts, understand feeds, speeds, depth of cuts. Threading is a plus.

Manual Lathe Machinist Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 32.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 04:00pm)

Minimum of 2 years of experience required to be considered, preferred 3 to 5.
Read and interpret machine drawings
Full understanding of dial indicator, mics, calipers, and other measuring tools to inspect own parts
Operate manual lathe, load and unload parts, chuck parts using a four-jaw chuck, indicate in parts, understand feeds, speeds, depth of cuts. Threading is a plus.

Manual Lathe Machinist Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience required to be considered, preferred 3 to 5.
Read and interpret machine drawings
Full understanding of dial indicator, mics, calipers, and other measuring tools to inspect own parts
Ability to program a plus but not required
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
