Through this, we generate the opportunity for the industry to deliver greater value back to the end investor.Location(s): Denver, CO / Kansas City, MO / New York (Hybrid)Required Experience:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing, Agile delivery environment within globally distributed teams.Experience within Money Markets or closely related financial markets (e.g. liquidity, cash management, institutional).Self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative and delivering outcomes with minimal guidance in complex environments.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in Agile environments.Proven ability to elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to a high standard.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide informed recommendations.Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams with strong collaboration and communication skills.Commercial, results-oriented mindset with awareness of cost, revenue, and value optimizationAbility to operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions in complex environments.Customer- and client-focused mindset with an emphasis on accuracy, transparency, and trustWhat Sets You Apart:Experience working on digital platforms or portals within financial servicesExperience supporting client onboarding, including configuration, data mapping, and integration analysis.Familiarity with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Enterprise Architect).Experience applying Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), including Gherkin syntax.Relevant Business Analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) and/or a US securities or investment operations qualification relevant to institutional or Money Market products.Technical:Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)UMLData modelling and data flow analysisSQL Server or similar databasesFinancial messaging protocols and formats (FIX, ISO 15022, ISO 20022, XML, JSON, CSV)Microsoft Office SuiteAgile development methodologiesBusiness Knowledge:Roles and actors involved within funds distributionFunctions within a fund management company and the broader funds ecosystemProcesses involved within the lifecycle of a fundTypes of financial productRole of the regulatorMarket practiceJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.SS&C Technologies offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future.
