Gould Grieco & Hensley (GGH) is one of the nation's preeminent sexual abuse law firms, with an established track record leading some of the most complex and impactful cases on behalf of survivors in courts throughout the country. The firm comprises over 60 lawyers, paralegals, survivor advocates, and investigators. GGH is looking for a skilled litigator interested in zealously representing and advocating for survivors of abuse to join one of the firm’s high‑impact litigation teams. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Bar License in Illinois or Michigan. Minimum 4+ years of litigation experience. Plaintiff’s personal injury, class action, or commercial litigation experience preferred but not required. We welcome applications from former or current U.S. Attorneys as well. Strong academic background Very strong legal research and writing skills. Experience handling discovery and motion practice in complex/high value cases, including handling discovery disputes and related motion practice with opposing counsel.
