Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice, and the final read. Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team. Establishing the editorial review layer and leading the copywriting team. What Success Looks Like: By 30 days: you've read everything, know where the worst copy is, and assessed the team. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use and errors have stopped. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere, copy is tighter and converting better. Who You Are: An outstanding and fast editor who improves other's writing under deadline. A precise writer with exceptional English, cutting rather than decorating. Direct about quality, commercially literate, and comfortable with ambiguity. Finom Finom is building a financial platform that European entrepreneurs actually want to use, offering banking and business services.
