Pay: $120,000 - $135,000 base salary + bonus Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per week) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About The Company Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization that supports a large employee population across production, engineering, and corporate functions. They are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to operations while overseeing a broad range of human resources initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Job Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead HR programs and operations supporting a diverse workforce. This role combines strategic business partnership with hands‑on HR leadership, requiring someone who can effectively support employees, coach leaders, drive talent initiatives, and contribute to organizational growth. The position works closely with operational and executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR resource for leadership and employees across operational and professional employee groups. Lead employee relations efforts including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy guidance. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Manage relationships with external staffing partners and support contingent workforce planning and administration. Assist with payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance activities, audits, and employee records management. Analyze workforce data, labor trends, turnover metrics, and staffing needs to support strategic decision-making. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for manufacturing, corporate, and technical positions, including specialized engineering talent. Develop talent acquisition strategies that improve hiring outcomes and support long-term workforce planning. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams on headcount planning, labor forecasting, and budget-related initiatives. Support organizational change efforts and implement HR programs that enhance business performance. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. 3+ years of direct people management experience. Background supporting manufacturing, automotive, electronics, precision machining, or similarly fast‑paced operational environments. Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operational leadership teams. Stable work history with strong tenure progression. Preferred SHRM certification. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Familiarity with ISO‑driven environments. Knowledge of EEOC compliance and workplace investigations.
