• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required, proficiency with EPIC, IV Start, Telemetry, Ventilator experience needed
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, previous travel experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients across multiple units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU/NCCU
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical care procedures
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized patient care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license and current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Skilled in ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to adapt across various ICU specialties and float within clinical units
