Financial Center Banker

Job Summary Financial Center Banker, as part of the Branch Banking team, will acquire in-depth knowledge of Northwest products and services to provide financial options to clients through a consultative approach and expand the banking relationship. Essential Functions Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for customers to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Analyze customer accounts, transactions, and behaviors to offer personalized recommendations. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures; provide leadership to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy. Implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and improve financial center security. Respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns and complaints, turning negative experiences into positive ones. Initiate proactive conversations to build rapport and understand customers' financial objectives. Build long‑term relationships by providing ongoing support and follow‑up, anticipating needs and offering guidance. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and protect confidential information. Navigate Microsoft Office and other software tools to maximize technology efficiency. Work as part of a team and on‑site equipment. Follow all security and dual control processes, daily branch tasks, and branch opening and closing procedures. Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1 year of banking and/or retail experience (preferred). Sales experience (preferred). Customer Service experience (preferred).
