Job: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Solon Ohio
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Rate: 22–$25 per Hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
Duties:
Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments based on customer orders and production schedules
Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and export paperwork
Update ERP and inventory systems to ensure accurate shipment records
Experience:
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
Experience preparing shipping documentation and coordinating freight shipments
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and barcode scanning tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, or freight portals
HSD or GED required
