Sourcing Specialist (Facilities/Global Operations) – Temp Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) Pay: Up to $37/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Indirect Sourcing Specialist to support global facilities and operations sourcing initiatives. This contract opportunity offers potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations across facilities services, security, and construction categories. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, reduce risk, and optimize supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Lead RFI/RFP processes, including supplier selection, bid analysis, and negotiations Analyze spend data, market trends, and supply risks to identify cost-saving opportunities Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize sourcing strategies Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience (facilities/operations preferred) Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project planning skills Experience with tools such as Excel, SAP, Ariba, or Tableau is a plus Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
