Collaborating with the Instructional Design team, the part-time Remote Counselor Education Subject Matter Expert (SME) will develop engaging online course content over a three-month period, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and quality standards. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Instructional Designer and Program Chair to create a course roadmap and unit-level objectives Provide and refine course content, including assignments and assessments, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes Review and adapt AI-generated materials to enhance course content and ensure quality assurance standards are met Required qualifications Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP accredited program Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment Proficiency with web-based communication and project management tools Experience developing online courses at the graduate level Familiarity with Blackboard Ultra or similar learning management systems
