In this role, you will support the daily accounting duties by analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, and other essential accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills and previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Responsibilities Prepare and enter invoices accurately, with detailed knowledge of customer and vendor accounts. Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to verify charges and resolve payment issues. Handle customer inquiries related to accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping Oversee and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, office events, and interviews. Support hiring and onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Provide administrative support as needed for various office functions. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting. Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper with at least 3 years and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency with QuickBooks is required. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Professional phone etiquette and effective customer support skills, including experience in customer support or sales. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills and a positive attitude towards team members. Responsible, self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude looking for long-term growth with the company.
