Multi-Site Clinical Medical Director - Value-Based Care

ChenMed is seeking a Clinical Medical Director to lead clinical teams across multiple centers in a capitated, value-based care model for Medicare Advantage populations. The role is approximately 80% administrative and 20% clinical, focusing on quality outcomes and provider leadership.
